City offers support for Gopher Campfire sanctuary

As deadlines near to save deer, City Council prepares resolution of support Gopher Campfire Club Wildlife Sanctuary is an asset to the city of Hutchinson, even if it isn’t owned or operated by the city. Because of that, City Council members and administration believe it’s worth throwing the city’s political might behind an effort to help Gopher Campfire save its threatened deer sanctuary.
