All you have to do is apply! The University of Minnesota Extension website at mastergardener.extension. org, provides background information about the Master Gardener program. Applications open in August and close Oct. 1. Applicants will have an informal interview with Emily Hansen, University of Minnsota Extension educator, and other Extension Master Gardeners before they fully commit. The program begins Jan. 1. Marlyn A. Krueger, 95, of Hutchinson passed away on Saturday, June 22, 2024, at Harmony River Living Center in Hutchinson. Funeral Service will be Thursday, June 27, 2024, 11 a.m., at Peace Lutheran Church in Hutchinson with interment in Oakland Cemetery in Hutchinson. Visitation was Wednesday, June 26 from 4 -7 p.m. at Dobratz-Hantge Funeral Chapel in Hutchinson and will continue one hour prior to the service at the church. Memorials preferred.
