71st Princess Kay of the Milky Way to be crowned Aug. 21

Reigning Princess Kay Emma Kuball of Waterville, representing Rice County, will pass her crown on to one of nine county dairy princesses vying for the title of the 71st Princess Kay of the Milky Way. Participating in this year’s event are McLeod County candidates Rachel Visser, 19, of Hutchinson, daughter of Barry and Shannon Viser, and McKenna Wright, 19, of Hutchinson, daughter of Paul and Heather The coronation begins at 8 p.m.
