Mixaela Gutierrez Gutierrez, 27, of Hutchinson, driving a 2009 Dodge Avenger was southbound on Merrill Street Southwest and turned west onto South Grade Road Southwest. The vehicle went up on the curb and hit a street sign. The vehicle sustained moderate- functional damage. No reported injuries. No tows. All occupants were wearing seat belts. Driver received a citation for petty misdemeanor for no drivers license in possession or fail to display upon request.
